Multi Trade Technician

What you’ll do

• Build across the trades — metal siding and trim, window installation, flashing, finish work, and MEP rough-in — through our wall, floor, and roof panels and our bathroom and mechanical pods.
• Work the metal — cut, bend on a brake, form, and fit siding and trim to a clean, tight standard.
• Set windows square and sealed, and build out bathroom and mechanical pods to a finished standard.
• See what’s off before it moves down the line — flag anything that won’t pass a gate, and dig into why.
• Take rework in stride — when a part needs to be remade, you make it right without losing your cool or your pace.
• Follow our work instructions, and help make them simpler, cleaner, and better.

• Real hands-on skill across the trades. Strong in several of metal and sheet-metal work, siding, windows, flashing, finish, or MEP rough-in — and ready to round out the rest.
• A curious, sharp eye. You can look at a job and tell when something just isn’t right — and you don’t let it slide.
• Flexible and even-keeled. Rework doesn’t rattle you. Getting it right does.
• Accountable. You own your work — the wins and the misses — and you can be trusted to carry a station on your own.
• Comfortable with standardization, repeatability, and radical simplicity. The best work is rarely the most complicated.
• Someone who sees this as a craft to master — not just a paycheck.
